Jay is Vice President of Construction. Jay has been with DSM since 2022, he coordinates and manages various construction and Land development Projects.

Kristin is our Project Manager and Designer for Residential and Commercial Projects. Kristin has been with DSM and our sister company Platinum Development since 2017.

Charles is DSM's Commercial Construction Superintendent. Charles has been with DSM since the early days of the company, he started on the Property Services side in 2017 and made the switch to Construction Services in 2019.

Lindsay is our Construction Project Coordinator. Lindsay has been with DSM since 2022.
